Solutions

The machine does not turn on.
The machine is not getting power.
Move the main switch to ON.

Check the plug and the connection.

Check fuses.

The  indicator flashes.
The brewing unit has not been properly inserted.
Insert the brewing unit securely in its place.

The service door has not been properly closed.
Close the service door.

The  indicator lights up together with a message on the display.
A malfunction has occurred, which can only be cleared by a qualified service technician.
Request for Technical Support.

The indicator symbols flash/ lights up together with a message on the display.

Water tank empty

Grounds container

Decalcifying

The pump emits a loud noise and / or the   indicator light up.
The water tank has not been properly inserted and there is air in the system.
Insert the water tank correctly and vent the machine by pressing the hot water button  . Wait until a steady jet comes out. Press the hot water button   again – the function indicator disappears when a coffee product button is pressed.

No milk foam.
The milk nozzle in the milk container is clogged.
Insert a brush into the milk nozzle as described in page 60 of the user manual.

The milk is hot but there is no foam.
The foam nozzle on the milk foam producer is clogged.
Insert the air valve pin into the milk nozzle as described on page 43 of the user manual.

Milk foam with big bubbles.
The milk is too warm, it was not placed in the refrigerator after the last serving.
Chill the milk. Optimal milk temperature is 3˚C to 5˚C.

The O-rings on the milk foam producer are defective.
Check and, if necessary, replace.

The milk suction tube is defective.
Check and, if necessary, replace.
